Awards A certificate will be given to local PTAs in good standing who send in their membership dues on or before November 1. The membership statement and dues payment must be mailed to the Maryland PTA office and postmarked on or before November 1. A certificate will be given to local PTAs in good standing for increasing membership by 10, 25, or 50 members on or before March 31. The membership statement and dues payment must be received in the Maryland PTA office by March 31. A certificate will be given to PTA locals in good standing whose membership is equal to 50% or more of school enrollment as of September 30. The membership statement and dues payment must be in the Maryland PTA office by March 31. Local unit must request the Membership Achievement Application form. This form must be completed and returned by April 12. A certificate will be given for PTA locals in good standing whose faculty membership is equal to 50% or more.
